Ticket Policies

London Symphonia is committed to honouring its performance schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions, traffic delays, or area events resulting in street closures, e.g. parades, festivals, etc.

All artists, programs, prices, availability and packages are subject to change without notice. When time allows, program changes will be announced in advance of the concert.

Unauthorized duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.

London Symphonia does not offer refunds for subscription/ticket packages and single tickets purchased. Only in case of a concert cancellation or a major programming change can refunds be discussed. 

Please note that exchanges or ticket donation must be made prior to the performance of the ticket you are holding.

Subscribers unable to attend a performance may exchange their tickets for another concert in the 2024-25 Season if they contact London Symphonia at least 24 hours before the day of the concert. If the exchanged seat(s) are upgraded to Reserved Seating, the subscriber will be charged the difference. 

Ticketholders who return their tickets before the date of the concert will receive a charitable donation receipt for the full value. 

In certain instances, seat location changes can be made at no additional cost. If the seat is moved into a higher price level, the upgraded cost must be paid. 

The subscriber/ticketholder has the right to transfer their ticket(s) to anyone they choose.

Discounts only apply to the full ticket price. Discounts cannot be combined. For example, a ticket that has already received a Family Flex Pack discount cannot be discounted further.

Occasionally, we may offer tickets at a discount during the 2024-25 Season. We will not refund the difference between the original price and the discounted coupon code price.

Tickets may be purchased online, by mail, by phone and in person at the London Symphonia office or at the door before a concert.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted for all of the above ticket purchase options. Visa Debit is also accepted for tickets purchased at the door.  

Students must be prepared to show valid student ID at the door. 

Children 5 and under, including babes in arms, are not permitted to attend London Symphonia concerts. We welcome young families at our Family Cushion Concerts.
